by | Feb 3, 2020 | Podcast, Private Practice Website

In this episode, I share with you 10 things that I’ve learned from building over 50 therapist websites over the last three years.

Create My Therapist Website started in 2016 as a blog for DIY therapists wanting to build their own websites for their private practice.

At that point, I had about 15 years of web design experience, however, it wasn’t until then that I decided to focus my knowledge solely on helping therapists.

After helping my wife get her practice off the ground and building her website, I knew I wanted to help other therapists do the same.

Well, since then, CMTW as grown and we’ve expanded into Private Practice Elevation, our sister website with done-for-you marketing services.

And it’s been crazy to see that we’ve been able to build over 50 websites for therapists and private practices over the course of the last three years. Wow!

Now, if you’re thinking about investing in a website designer for your private practice, you may think that all you have to do is someone who makes pretty websites.

There’s actually a lot more that goes into a successful private practice website.

And if you’re not careful, you could end up wasting a lot of money and not seeing the results that you hoped for when the project is over.

I’m no expert, but with so many projects under my belt, I’ve surely learned a lot from my own mistakes and from working with many clients.

So listen up and learn what you can do to make sure your therapy website project is a complete success.
