Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the definition of a 30-minute task?

Any update/change to your website that can be made in less than 30-minutes. With the support plans above, you can submit an unlimited amount of 30-minute tasks.

What if a task will take more than 30 minutes?

If our WordPress professionals (aka developers) foresee a task taking more than 30 minutes, you can purchase a 1 hour task ($149) or a 2 hour task ($249).

What types of tasks are included in the WP Support plan?

We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, install new plugins, configure forms and much more.

We can even do the more techy stuff, like CSS changes, PHP and Javascript work.

From code to general WordPress issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.

How can I submit support requests (tasks)?

We’ll give you an email address and you can let us know what you’d like done and someone from our team will make it happen.

What’s the onboarding process?

To get started just fill out the form above with your information and let us know which plan you’d like.

We’ll get in touch, you’ll pay for your first month and then provide us with some info:

For WP Maintain we’ll need login info for your WordPress Admin. This needs to be an “administrator” user role.
For WP Support we’ll need login info for your WordPress Admin as well as your FTP account on your hosting server. If you’re not sure where to find that info, contact your web host and they can provide you with the info.
Then we’ll get your website set up in our system. Once we get the all clear, we’ll get to work. If you’ve signed up for a support plan, you can start emailing us tasks you want us to complete.

Who will be working on my support tasks?

I (Daniel) work with a small group of developers who’s only job is to provide support for WordPress websites. The reason I do this is because they can provide a level of technical support at a faster turnaround (usually less than 8 business hours!) than I can myself.

While I won’t be the one carrying out the tasks, I oversee the support work to make sure my clients are fully taken care of.

So you’re not just getting support, you’re getting a team of professionals, based in Marietta, GA, who are devoted to helping you improve your website and answer questions along the way.

Can I cancel my plan any time?

You certainly can. You pay up front each month for your plan. If you’d like to cancel, just let us know before your next month begins.
