We’ll Take Care of Your WordPress Site So You Can Take Care of Your Clients.

Keeping your WordPress website running properly can be a lot of work. Aint nobody got time for that.

But it’s important to keep things up to date in order to keep your website secure and in peak performance.

Your time is better spent focusing on your clients, NOT updating plugins, figuring out how to update your theme, changing the color of a header, fighting with code or making backups of your website in case of disaster.

That’s where we come in.

We’ll offload ALL of your WordPress maintenance and support tasks to save you time, give you peace of mind and help you finally achieve the website updates you’ve wanted to make but just didn’t know how.

I needed a team dedicated to our growing website. One that knows the ins and outs of it, and that ultimately saves ME time from trying to learn how to do the simplest of tasks like change a font color, add a link, etc.

What takes me one hour takes someone who know website management one minute! I love how easy it is to give Daniel’s support team tasks, how capable they have been and, most importantly, how timely they are in completing them. Do yourself a favor and invest money to save yourself the time to make more!

I was having a hard time navigating WordPress and making room to make changes on my site while focusing on my practice. Website support was exactly what I needed for my business.

In addition, I appreciated Daniel’s approach and felt confident his team would be just as helpful and warm. I was able to quickly update content and landing pages which is now helping me reach more of the clients I’m looking to attract to my practice. I loved working with Daniel and his team! They are knowledgeable, responsive and patient.

I had a quality, but limited, WP website that needed a build-out with more content and upgraded look/feel. And, I needed to watch my budget, so I needed to learn to do a few more things myself.

I got a lot more for my money than I even realized I would. By using the monthly support services, I was able to get a lot of work done for a great price, and I also learned a lot from the support team. I am thrilled with my website! I’m getting a lot of very nice compliments from both clients and other professionals, and I feel more empowered than I ever have before to work with my site myself.

Daniel is a really patient, timely communicator, and in addition, he’s just a really wonderful human being, so it felt great to support his business.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the definition of a 30-minute task?

Any update/change to your website that can be made in less than 30-minutes. With the support plans above, you can submit an unlimited amount of 30-minute tasks.

What if a task will take more than 30 minutes?

If our WordPress professionals (aka developers) foresee a task taking more than 30 minutes, you can purchase a 1 hour task ($149) or a 2 hour task ($249).

What types of tasks are included in the WP Support plan?

We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, install new plugins, configure forms and much more.

We can even do the more techy stuff, like CSS changes, PHP and Javascript work.

From code to general WordPress issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.

How can I submit support requests (tasks)?

We’ll give you an email address and you can let us know what you’d like done and someone from our team will make it happen.

What’s the onboarding process?

To get started just fill out the form above with your information and let us know which plan you’d like.

We’ll get in touch, you’ll pay for your first month and then provide us with some info:

For WP Maintain we’ll need login info for your WordPress Admin. This needs to be an “administrator” user role.
For WP Support we’ll need login info for your WordPress Admin as well as your FTP account on your hosting server. If you’re not sure where to find that info, contact your web host and they can provide you with the info.
Then we’ll get your website set up in our system. Once we get the all clear, we’ll get to work. If you’ve signed up for a support plan, you can start emailing us tasks you want us to complete.

Who will be working on my support tasks?

I (Daniel) work with a small group of developers who’s only job is to provide support for WordPress websites. The reason I do this is because they can provide a level of technical support at a faster turnaround (usually less than 8 business hours!) than I can myself.

While I won’t be the one carrying out the tasks, I oversee the support work to make sure my clients are fully taken care of.

So you’re not just getting support, you’re getting a team of professionals, based in Marietta, GA, who are devoted to helping you improve your website and answer questions along the way.

Can I cancel my plan any time?

You certainly can. You pay up front each month for your plan. If you’d like to cancel, just let us know before your next month begins.

I’m interested, but I have more questions. Who can I talk to?

You can send an email to support@createmytherapistwebsite.com and we’d be happy to answer any questions.
