I hope this post finds you and your family well during this holiday season. I thought I’d send a little end-of-year message this week, before we all hop in the front-wheel-sleigh and head out on vacation and what not.
I know I’m a broken record when I say this each year…
Something along the lines of “wow, this year flew by!” or “I can’t believe another year has come and gone”.
But it’s so true.
Often in the day-to-day of running a business and raising my two young boys, it can feel like a whirlwind.
Then, at this time of year when I schedule time to slow down, take stock and reflect, it’s that all-too-familiar feeling of another year flying by.
But 2025 has been a great year in so many ways, here at Private Practice Elevation.
While it wasn’t without its challenges, I’m extremely grateful for our team and watching how we’ve all come together to meet those challenges and ultimately serve our clients.
I think I’ve been stretched as a business owner more than I ever have before. It didn’t always feel great (can you relate?!), but it was necessary.
Our focus for next year will be ensuring we continue to do what we’ve always set out to do, but do it better.
And that is this: Helping our clients confidently reach their clients.
We’ll continue to stretch, learn, and grow to that end in 2026!
Below you’ll find a recap of just some of the work we’re proud of from 2025. Plus some of what’s to come.
I hope it helps to inspire you as you set your goals for 2026 and beyond!
Projects We’re Proud Of
I’m extremely proud of our team and the work that we’ve done this year. We began the year with some difficult times as we needed to get the right people in the right places to serve our clients truly.
Now, I’m happy to say we’ve got a great team and we’re collaborating more than ever to help our clients reach their goals.
At the close of 2025, we’re working with 44 clients on Care Plans, serving them weekly with all their content updates and ongoing WordPress needs.
We currently have 19 practices we’re working with to increase their SEO and AI search visibility, creating momentum in their marketing and helping them reach their ideal clients.
As for websites we’ve created and launched this year… these are a labor of love, as they span months of collaborating with our clients to see their visions come to life and ensure each website supports their growth…
This year, we welcomed the following websites into the world. I’m one proud Papa!:
Banyon Counseling Collective
Fava Counseling Associates (my wife’s practice!)
Upstate Restorative Counseling
Michael Hilgers
Richmont Trauma Center
Place of Mind Psychiatry
Dr. Mona Kumar
Heartwell Therapy
Waters Edge Counseling
The Wellness Counseling Center
Talk Forward Counseling
What’s to Come With PPE in 2026
As I said at the beginning of this email, my plans for PPE in 2026 really focus in on doing what we do but doing it better. As a business owner, I’m sure you can relate to that feeling of all the things you want to improve in your practice.
This next year will come down to the right people and the right systems to ensure each client feels confident about the work we’re doing for their business and well taken care of.
Internally, this means getting very clear about our values and how we serve our clients. Externally, it means treating each project as an opportunity to learn and grow.
The Podcast
One thing I’m particularly excited about is adding more value to our podcast.
I plan to launch a sub-series that will be bite-sized lessons where I dig into one aspect of online marketing, website optimization, and SEO.
This will be a great opportunity for you and our listeners to get specific questions answered!
So I need your help!
If I answer your question on the podcast, I’ll surely give you a shoutout on the episode and a back link to your website in the show notes.
Workshops and Teaching
I’ve always been passionate about teaching the practices that our team is learning that will help you in your marketing journey.
My goal in 2026 is to free up more time to bring more online workshops to our audience. Some of these will be free, and some of them will be paid classes that go deep on one subject.
So stay tuned for more on that, and please fill out that form to let me know what would best serve you in 2026.
Thank You & Happy Holidays
Thank you for being a part of this audience. It’s truly an honor that you would even read this email, listen to a podcast episode, or check out a resource we’ve created.
I’m grateful for this work and for the privilege of working with this community of practice owners.
Happy Holidays to you and yours, and cheers to a great 2026!
Daniel
