The questions we typically want to answer are:
- Why are we doing this and how does it fit into the overall strategy of the organization?
- Who is it for?
- Why will they care and why will they use it?
- When is it happening?
- How will we know if it’s successful?
- For the users?
- For the business?
- What assets do we already have?
- What needs to be built?
- What are the deliverables?
